Dr. Hudson originally hails from Canyon, Texas. His professional journey commenced when he joined the United States Air Force through the Health Professions Scholarship Program in July 2002. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, his love of primary care led him to complete his Family Medicine Residency in Waco, Texas. He is a proud board-certified member of the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Hudson’s early career saw him serve as a staff physician at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. He has since been stationed in England, Germany, Idaho, Nevada, and Texas. He deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and is proud to have cared for true American heroes. His commitment to excellence has been reflected in his promotions, ascending the ranks from Second Lieutenant to Colonel. He has served as Hospital Chief of Staff, Squadron Commander, and the Chief of Clinical Operations for the Air Force. Through these roles, Dr. Hudson honed his clinical and leadership skills, driving the practices of high reliability and Patient Centered Medical Home.
