  • Roger Cagle, M.D.

    Family Practice

    We regret to inform you that Dr. Roger Cagle has retired as of March 26, 2025. We appreciate your trust and confidence in allowing Dr. Cagle to care for you and your family.

    The providers at Tejas Health Care will continue to provide excellent care for you and your family.

  • Esther Kirov, M.D.

    Pediatrician

    Dr. Esther Kirov joined the Tejas Health Care team on March 1, 2022. She is a board certified pediatrician with over 20 years of experience. Before starting with Tejas health Care, Dr. Kirov provided care at Esperanza Health Centers in Chicago, IL. Dr. Kirov received her medical degree in Mexico and completed her residency in pediatrics at Saint Joseph Hospital affiliated with Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. 


    In her free time she enjoys traveling and hiking with her family. 

  • Tess Bruette, M.D.

    Pediatrician

    Dr. Bruette is originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and received her medical degree at Texas A&M Health Science Center. She completed her pediatric residency at Baylor Scott and White McLane Children's in Temple, Texas. Dr. Bruette has an interest in preventative medicine and advancing healthcare for Texas children. 


    In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cats, gardening, and crafting.

  • Kyle Hudson, M.D.

    Family Practice

    Dr. Hudson originally hails from Canyon, Texas. His professional journey commenced when he joined the United States Air Force through the Health Professions Scholarship Program in July 2002. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, his love of primary care led him to complete his Family Medicine Residency in Waco, Texas. He is a proud board-certified member of the American Board of Family Medicine.


    Dr. Hudson’s early career saw him serve as a staff physician at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. He has since been stationed in England, Germany, Idaho, Nevada, and Texas. He deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and is proud to have cared for true American heroes. His commitment to excellence has been reflected in his promotions, ascending the ranks from Second Lieutenant to Colonel. He has served as Hospital Chief of Staff, Squadron Commander, and the Chief of Clinical Operations for the Air Force. Through these roles, Dr. Hudson honed his clinical and leadership skills, driving the practices of high reliability and Patient Centered Medical Home.

  • Charles Anderson, M.D.

    Family Practice

    Dr. Charles Anderson is a 5th generation Galveston / Houston area native. He attended Spring Woods High School in Houston and graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Microbiology.  He completed medical school at the McGovern School of Medicine in Houston, and his residency and internship were at the well respected Waco Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Anderson has a passion for rural healthcare and has worked as both a Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine Physician. Dr. Anderson spent 23 years of his career serving the La Grange community at Fayette County Memorial and then at St. Mark’s Hospital as an Emergency Department Physician.    Dr. Anderson has served Lee County as the Medical Director for Lee County EMS for the last 15 years. He is excited to continue his service to patients in the area at the Tejas Clinic in Giddings.

    When Dr. Anderson is not serving his patients, he and his wife, Wende, enjoy spending time with their adult children and attending college sporting events to cheer on his Aggies and her Baylor Bears.
