Dr. Patrick E. Johnson
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Patrick E. Johnson was born in Houston, Texas in 1953 and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1975. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies in 1983. He completed a three year Family Medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1986.
Dr. Johnson is currently certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. He brings over 30 years of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medicine experience to the Tejas organization.
In October 2015, Dr. Johnson became the Chief Medical Officer of Tejas Health Care and is dedicated to the mission of providing affordable, easily accessible medical care to the community.
Dr. Enrique Tobias
Born and raised in Mexico, Dr. Tobias received his Paramedic Certification at the University of Monterrey in 2003. He went on to complete his Medical Degree in 2007. In 2014, Dr. Tobias received the Dean’s Resident Teaching award at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Permian Basin during his Family Medicine residency. Soon after completing his residency in 2015, Dr. Tobias started his career with Tejas Health Care. Dr. Tobias has a passion for serving the community.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Born in Columbus, Texas in 1970, Mrs. Lindholm was raised near Bellville and La Grange, Texas. In 1996, she graduated from Blinn College in Brenham with an Associate Degree in Arts. Mrs. Lindholm later transitioned into the nursing program at Prairie View A&M located in the Houston Medical Center, where she graduated in 1999. In 2005 Mrs. Lindholm obtained her Masters in Nursing Degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
Mrs. Lindholm is Board Certified in Family Practice and has served the community in Internal Medicine and Family Practice since 2005.
Mrs. Lindholm became a member of the Tejas Health Care team in January of 2015 and loves working with the community. She is very involved locally and works alongside her church with the homeless population in Austin, Texas.
In addition Mrs. Lindholm is involved in mission work in South America, traveling to El Salvador annually. Her passion is people and making a difference. Mrs. Lindholm is married with one son and one grandson.
MSN, RN, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Born in west Texas, Sarah attended Texas Tech University; earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing in 2007. After graduating with honors, Sarah practiced for nine years as a Registered Nurse in both the intensive care unit and emergency department settings, during that time she also trained as a pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner. In 2013, Sarah returned to Texas Tech to pursue her Master's Degree in Nursing. She completed her degree in 2016, finishing in the top 10 percent of her graduating class of Family Nurse Practitioners.
Sarah is passionate about serving her local community and loves living in a small town. She is a very active member of La Grange Church of Christ and enjoys volunteering around the community. Most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children.
